Report Audit

Objective : It allows user to report Audit & Inspection in any GA in the system.

Below steps to be followed to complete a Audit report:

  1. Report Audit & Inspection : To create new audit and inspection. Audit shall be done and reported by any system users.
  2. Review Audit & Inspection :
    • “HSSE manager” will review audit & inspection once it’s reported.
    • CAPA will be assigned if provided once it is reviewed.

Note :

  • Any of the power can report can do Audit Report

  1. Navigate to EHS portal | Audit & Inspection | Report Audit & Inspection screen. (Image 1)
  2. Select GA, Asset type, location and select audit & inspection category, date of inspection and other details
  3. Fill the provided checklist as per selected audit category, Select audit & inspection team members and additional employees if required .
  4. Click “Submit” button to save the data and send audit report for review to HSSE Manager.

Note :

  • The fields marked with * are mandatory to be filled.
  • Audit & inspection shall be reported by any system users.
